2. Hosting and delivery

This website is delivered using services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you access the website, Cloudflare processes connection data required for technical operation, particularly your IP address, the time of access, the requested address, the amount of data transferred, and browser and system information. This processing enables the secure, fast, and reliable delivery of the website.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted provision of our online service. Cloudflare processes data as a processor. Where data is transferred to the United States, Cloudflare bases the transfer, among other safeguards, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Server logs

To detect and resolve technical problems and defend against attacks, the access data described in Section 2 may be processed temporarily in log files. It is deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes, unless a statutory retention requirement or a security-related incident requires longer storage.

4. YouTube trailer

The trailer is embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The player does not load automatically. A connection to YouTube is established only after you give your express consent by pressing the relevant button. In particular, your IP address, device and browser information, and details of the page you accessed may then be transmitted to Google, and local storage technologies may be used.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or read from your device, Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent for the future by reloading the page and not activating the player again. Processing carried out before withdrawal remains lawful.

5. Contact

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted after the request has been fully resolved unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, marketing, or profiling services and does not provide a contact form. Unless you activate the YouTube player, this website does not use non-essential cookies or comparable storage technologies.

7. External links to Steam

This website contains links to the Steam Store and the Steam Creator page. The provider is Valve Corporation, P.O. Box 1688, Bellevue, WA 98004, USA. Merely visiting this website does not establish a connection to Steam. Only when you click a Steam link do you leave our website and your browser establishes a direct connection to Steam. Valve may then process, in particular, your IP address, browser and device information and – if you are signed in to Steam – account data, and may use cookies or comparable technologies.
